Meals by Marc is the ultimate Personal Chef and Catering Service, because I literally do cater to your individual needs. If you need Kosher service, I can do that. Vegetarian? I do that, too. And if you’re on a special diet, I’ve an entire range of tasty dishes that will conform to your regimen.
I also take pride in providing services that are “off the menu”: Intimate Dinners, catering for Dinner Parties and Special Events, and Cooking Parties and Classes.

Kosher Service
Meals by Marc operates out of the kitchen at the JCC of Middlesex County at 1775 Oak Tree Road in Edison, NJ. We are under the kosher supervision of Rabbi Bernhard Rosenberg.
Vegetarian
I have a rich collection of savory, tried-and-true vegetarian recipes that I prepare with only the freshest of vegetables and legumes. And if you have recipes of your own you’d like me to prepare, say the word and it shall be done!
Special Diet
If you’re on Atkins, South Beach, Zone or Weight Watchers — not a problem. I also work in close consultation with a registered dietician in the development of special needs and medically supervised diets, including diabetic and heart healthy meal programs.
During your consultation, you’ll inform me of your preferences. I’ll then customize a plan that’s in keeping with your diet, yet eminently satisfying to the palate.

Intimate Dinners
Have a special occasion on the horizon? Here’s a unique gift idea to make it that much more memorable: Let Meals by Marc treat you as a guest in your own home. We’ll stage the evening, first creating a sumptuous meal in your kitchen or on the grill. We’ll then present it with a flourish amidst a candlelit setting, be it indoors or, weather permitting, out on your patio. We’ll even bring the wine.
Mmm… a feast for the senses. All you need to do is arrive!
Dinner Parties and Special Events
From a down-home outdoor BBQ to a black-tie 7-course dinner, we’ll work together to create a menu to your exact liking. On the day (or night) of the Big Event, we’ll do the shopping, cooking, setting up and cleaning up. All while you concentrate on getting ready, greeting and mingling with your guests (who we’ll even serve, if you so choose.)
Cooking Parties and Classes
Imagine the fun of hosting a Chocolate Party, where everything from succulent salads to decadent desserts is prepared with something divinely chocolate! Or perhaps you’ve just returned from vacation and wish to extend the experience; we’ll prepare the foods from the region you visited. Or how about a World Culinary Tour? We offer demonstration classes to hands-on parties with themes limited only to your imagination.
Cost includes menu planning, shopping, preparation, clean up and recipes for all participants at the end of the event.
